If I could of gave them 0 stars I would off. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
We ordered our food and waited an hour before we chased them, they told us they were on their way.

They are literally within 5 minutes from where we live and nothing. 15 minutes later, we called Again and they said the same thing!!

We told them to find out where they are and all us back. No phone call ever came.

Nearly 2 hours later, the delivery driver turns up at the door saying he is delivering 5 orders at once all over the place!! These orders must be going cold by now! We didn't want the curry now as we obviously have now ordered from somewhere else.

The delivery driver was really apologetic and nice but the company he works for obviously have no idea with customer service or even simple time keeping.

I then read the individual reviews on just eat and realised this had also happened to at least 6 other people!

Honestly some of the best Indian food I've had. The staff were polite and made me feel very welcome. I'm new to the area and I've tried a couple places but this is the best so far. I highly recommend the honey bbq ribs, I didn't expect then to be as good as they were. I would recommend this place to anybody, best around

This restaurants response when told there was a hair if the food was “I don’t care”!

I placed an online order and after an hour, received the wrong order (both curries I ordered were incorrect) which included serving a meat curry to a vegetarian! I immediately called to tell them we had the wrong order and was told they believed there had been a mix up as another customer had also just called with a similar issue. I was told then would call me back in five minutes and get the correct order back to me.

Fifteen minutes went by and I called back and the person that answered the phone informed me he was the driver that delivered my order and also it was he who packed my order. I told him the issue and he continually questioned what was wrong with it and even raised his voice saying “what do you what” a multitude of times! This individual was extremely rude to say the least. I told them I would want the correct curries including new rice and chips as the ones previously delivered would be cold. I was told this would be 20 minutes

One hour later, two hours after my original order, I had to call back as nothing had arrived! The rest of my order was now also cold. The apologised, stating they were busy and their only solution was to send a few popadoms. 15 minutes later a second delivery arrived, just the two curries with no chips, rice or additional popadoms as promised. The curries themselves were luke-warm at best, clearly that had bee sat around for a while. We again immediately called back and they said they would send the balance of the order out.

We received the third delivery just short of three hours after our original order, albeit the majority of it was now cold. Unfortunately, this was not where this ended.

My partner then to our horror found a short dark hair in her chutney when she opened it. We again called back and demanded a full refund. We were told the manager was not in to authorise the refund but would be in tomorrow as would call us as soon as arrived. At 9pm the following evening we had still not received a call so called them again.

We spoke to the same individual who had been rude to us the evening before. We began to briefly explain the evenings timeline and told them about the hair we found in the food. His exact response was “I don’t care, I’m not the owner”. Again his attitude and manner was extremely rude to put it lightly. We were told he would call us back in fifteen minutes but to no surprise to us at this point, we had no call back.

We have made numerous calls without a refund and continue to be fobbed off with excuses as to why we have heard nothing else. This restaurant serves unhygienic food to customers without a care and has appalling, infact non-existing customer service.

We ordered a takeaway on line by just eat at 6.15. We chased the delivery twice it finally arrived at 8.15 cold I had to reheat in the microwave. But the food was so tasteless the chicken so over cooked it was inedible. Phoning through to complain Gulshana staff would not take responsibility and said that we must go through Just eat. A refund was agreed but Gulshana wanted to collect the uneaten food. On contacting Gulshana by phone again requesting a time for there collection I was told quote in there own words “Go f*** yourself and f*** off. And hung up One star is far too high for the service and food they produce.

I’ve been using this place since it has opened and I haven’t been elsewhere . Food is on point . How ever you ask for your food to be your food comes exactly how you ask . Friendly staff , I always collect as I know these guys are always busy on delivery’s. I don’t mind though as the staff are welcoming and talkative . My son loves coming to collect with me as the staff know him now and he loves the complimentary sweet tray . So glad these guys opened by my house . Hope they here to stay

I am disgusted. I ordered on just eat earlier today. The order was incorrect so I thought I only live down the road I will just go there. To my shock it was not open the guy from a reputable take away next door said they were serving orders from a different location while closed for refurbishment. There is no sign on the shutter informing you of this or premises location. They are defrauding customers and trading illegally from another premesis and not informed just eat or their customers. The just eat compliance department now know. If the owner reads this. It coul be being cooked in a dirty kitchen the otherside of Birmingham. I will also be informing trading standards and the food hygiene when they open tomorrow.

Ordered our food and was told 45 mins. It turned up 1 hours 30 min later no apology . Food used to be good but it has definitely declined over our last few orders. WILL NOT BE USING HERE AGAIN !!!!
