Great food, BUT... I ordered online, order confirmed, 20 minutes. I get there and they haven’t seen the order come in, having checked recently. Ok, I thought, these things happen. I’ll go to the White Hart and have a pint. Having spoken with the barmaid, she says lots of people come in waiting for a curry with the same story, whether ordering online or by phone. Rumour has it that they wait for you to turn up and pay before commencing cooking. As I said, great food, expensive but great. Just be warned that you will have to wait for it. If you want a good meal, cheaper and prepared on time, Rania is a good shout. Just get cash out on the way home from work and have it delivered.

Food tastes great, real shame about the pick up service.
Seem to start the order when you arrive at time given by Spice to collect. Sat waiting 25 minutes after “pick up” time. Having been asked for the order name 3 times.
Real shame it’s very disorganised.
Shocking customer service!!!
Made the mistake of coming back, 45 minutes, asked 3 times for name, still no sight of takeaway

Online ordering is clearly a bit of a joke. Order placed and paid for at 5.53pm, pick up confirmed for 6.33pm. Still waiting here at 7.20pm and no explanation or apology. Regardless of what it tastes like - if and when we finally receive our order - we won't be using this place again. Awful.

As a long term visitor to India I certainly would not recommend the prawn madras

A standard local Indian takeaway restaurant. You can most dishes, and the prices aren't over the top.

Best to go in and order in person as they get backed up with phone orders. Find that the meat content is low in the lamb dishes. Chicken dishes are better value for money. Naan breads 👌

So disappointed. I can't believe how much the (nanwiches) have shrunk. I remember when they used to cost 3.99 for a chicken tikka pocket and they were amazing! Double the size they are now! 5.99 gets you a nan and 5 little bits of chicken. Deffinately not worth its money anymore. Bloody disgrace

Very tasty food. There can be delays at peak times and we have had some incorrect items on our order. But overall very good
