New Valley Tandoori

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Worst food I’ve ever had, ordered chicken tikka Dansak, only god knows what they sent me, wife had chicken tikka main, it was not tikka and the chicken was as dry as hell, son had chicken curry and it smelled like dish water, ordered 3 rice and only 2 delivered. 80% of the food went in the bin as it was not edible. Never again.

Absolute rubbish, ordered murgh massala which supposed to have minced lamb in the dish, no minced lamb and also asked for it to be madras hot, it was mild, wife's valley ultimate had hardly any lamb or chicken and no prawns, 21 pounds for rubbish won't be back.

Didn’t find it very nice while eating it but my daughter enjoyed it, after she finished eating it she’s spewed everywhere and is now feeling ill! I’m pregnant and I also feel Ill after eating it!!

Tasty food! Arrived on time, only giving 4* instead of 5* as the food was a little cold and needed to be reheated

2 hours to deliver the food, items missing from the order,5 very small pieces of chicken in the tikka masala and they got the nerve to charge the price for it, won't be ordering from them again !!

Awful service, ordered online and waited over 2 hours for delivery. Rang twice for an update on the order "very busy" and "it's out for delivery" which then took a further 30 minutes when we was within a mile. Would never order from this establishment again.

Wish there was a 0 star review after our experience tonight. Ordered several starters and a couple of mains. It took ages to arrive but wait patiently. On arrival we were missing a big mixed starter and the mains were cold. Called them to ask where the other dish was and see if we could have warm food. Met with less than a helpful response. We will bring you a starter tomorrow....thanks. but no thanks. Will shop elsewhere in future
