I-Jump Trampoline Park

My kids absolutely love this place, even my 14 year old always has fun and it's a great place to let them run free and express themselves. The staff are always friendly and emails are answered very quickly. We had an issue with our bank paying online and the team we're very helpful in helping us to sort it. We always eat in the hub cafe upstairs and have found the food to be fairly priced and of good quality and they even have a Kids eat for a pound offer during the week which you cannot fault at all. Tips: Book online and fill out the waiver before visiting, it will save time in reception. Subscribe to receive emails as you'll be first to hear of any of the great offers and events throughout the year. Try the fish finger sarnie, it's fantastic.

Brilliant well maintained fun and friendly venue. We love the interactive jump wall where you jump up to hit the lights.

My little ones and I have been coming here most weeks for a couple of years to the Home Ed sessions on a Thursday afternoon. My children absolutely adore it and always have lots of fun. Careful attention is paid to safety of the children whilst they are playing and the on-site rules are very consistent and clear.

The staff are kind, friendly and helpful; nothing is ever too much trouble. The cafe is very reasonably priced and the tasty food is served promptly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I-Jump.

I took my daughter today as an end of holidays treat. She had a great time and the climbing walls and high jump were very popular.
I had a coffee and a cake. It was a bit plain and the coffee wasn't great but I didn't expect anything amazing, it's a trampoline centre after all.
Thanks for including a vegan cake though , I'd love to see a few more options on the menu.

If I could score less I would, I have a 7 and a 1 year old, the 1 year old can’t jump in the big kids session but the 7 year old can’t jump with the little kids session, both children are very careful and wouldn’t hurt a fly. How ridiculous, we try doing something nice for the kids and it’s impossible because of stupid age restrictions. Will be taking this higher in the company and taking business elsewhere from now on!! Ridiculous.

How are single parent supposed to take their kids out when silly rules like this exist!!

I went for the first time last week. It was ok, however the health and safety introduction before entering terrified my daughter. Talking about paralysis! 🤔 And then at the end of the most terrifying video my toddler has ever watched she has to wave and smile to the camera to acknowledge she's watched it, poor girl was too busy staring at the TV in shock! The staff are ok, however not very friendly and have that faux happy to see you customer service look about them. I will be going again but only to see if my daughter actually enjoys it, I couldn't tell last time due to the look of apprehension in her eyes in case she was severely injured by one of the soft sponges in the crash area

Great place. Session handovers run smoothly and the food is cooked properly. Nice and friendly staff too.

We went first time today and we had lots of fun! Our little one asks when we can visit again as he enjoyed time spent there. We definitely will visit again! Ladies who were working at reception were friendly, we were instructed well and had all the information needed. Cafe has nice variety of food and drinks to chose from. Everything was made to order and quite quick as well! Reasonable prices and good food and drinks.
