Alot cleaner than it has to be..was easily accessible and perfect to let the kids run round by themselves. Only thing I didn't like is that they need to change the floor in the under 4's as it's dirty for a baby to crawl around and the space ship thing now it doesn't have a ball pit in is really hard for the kids if they fall over there no soft surface near by.

Dirty, sticky, and smelly… and that’s just the staff.
Took my friends child for an afternoon out but left after 15 minutes. The place was grotty and felt unsafe.
Some of the other parents dump their kids and go to the bar to drink.
Avoid.

Great for the children. A bit small but the added attraction of the bowling alley too.

Just got back from my son's 7th birthday party and he loved every bit of it. The staff were amazing entertaining the children absolutely brilliant. The young girl said it was her 2nd day there you wouldn't of thought so she was so good. Really happy thankyou

If I could give 0/5 I would planet zoom ball pit(no balls to be seen) dirty carpets, playing equipment very out dated, slides look like the have come from a scrap yard. Kids bored within 20mins. Not ideal for young children to crawl around. Tbh it needs knocking down and a good clean/starting again. Pumped loads money into the bar area and bowling area but none into the play area. Can order food but have to sit in the bar area defeats the Purpose of kids burning some energy and having a bite to eat away from the Adult bar. Won't bring the kids back waste of time and money.

If you looking for a ballpit place to go to highly recommend little sharks at hardwick much cleaner and brand new equipment.

My 5 year old daughter wasnt even allowed a bottle of water that we brought from home, we was told to put it away & have to have buy a bottle of water from them, this is rediculss! A child not being able to drink a water, very rude staff.

very unpleasant service and employees are very angry and not communicative. ordered coffee 40 minutes waited. not experienced workers work there, probably because everything is young, but you need to learn to be friendly and kind, all the same they work with children and should somehow be trained at least a little . not happy with the service and staff 👎

Great place fir the grandkids to play but the drinks are far too expensive £3.60 for 2 fruits hoots is outrageous.
