Really nice dedicated play area for under 4s and they have a separate climbing frame for over 4s. A cafe that does food and drinks with lots of tables, a car park to the back and clean toddler and baby frendly toilets.
My 3year old really enjoyed herself and we would go again. They have lots of different areas for imaginary/role play, and a sensory room for younger babies/extra needs. Looks like they have lots of events on over the holidays, which can be found on the board or Facebook.

We went for a birthday party and it was brilliant. The place was clean, bright and inviting and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The birthday boy and guests had a fantastic time. There were different areas for younger children with lots to do and the soft play area was brilliant. We will definitely visit again.

We went with our 18month old to use the under 4 area, sadly our little one was bored after 30mins of stretched use of the toys in the area. The under 4s area contained teenagers 'supervising' children who spent the time diving into the mini ball pool then kicking all the balls out, encouraging the children they were with to throw balls at other children and adults and trying to take drinks off surrounding tables whilst staff sat at the counter and watched saying nothing. I understand this was not an issue of the venue but staff not challenging it was. Also overcharged on entry from stated prices but only by 50p so left it.

Went to play area yesterday took my son and 3 week old daughter with my mum and niece, staff were lovely, very good price to get in, hot drinks were good, the play area is good that it's separate from older kids area, also play areas and craft area available, amazing variety of toys for all ages I've been to alot of play areas before and so far this is a good one I would definitely recommend.

This is amazing place to take your kids. The play area for under 4s is huge with loads of activities. There is also climbing frame area which is very suitable for little ones as well as for bigger ones.
My little one absolutely loves here and I absolutely love to take here. We have been here multiple times and always have had fun. Whilst my little one is having fun with activities, I can drink coffee and watch her play.
We have been here multiple times and keep returning. They also change activities that is fun to come back.

I wanted to share some helpful criticism in the hope it gives the owners some ways to improve things as this place could have such potential...
The main issue for me was the extremely loud music turned up so loud that I couldn't hear what my little one was even saying! Not great for allowing their little brains to focus on play...I could sense this was overstimulating my child and affecting his play.
The only speaker was in the ceiling directly above the baby/toddler play area and it was odvious that the volume was turned up so high to enable the music to be heard from all areas but that resulted in the area that should be the quietest, to enable littler ones to explore and communicate, being blasted with music... Not only music but a radio station with repetitive annoying adverts and chatter about drunk nights out etc...not what I want my kids exposed to in what's meant to be a place for children and their carers.
I don't want to hear it either it was extremely distracting and made us leave sooner than we would of.
This set a negative tone and from there I wasn't impressed with the amount of electronic toys that has just been thrown into the baby/toddler play area...less is more as they say but not in this case!
My child wasn't inspired to play, was too overwhelmed with the loud music and amount of toys that weren't in very good condition and the whole place in general felt very unwelcoming and grubby.
After barely an hour of trying to make the most of our time there my child said I want to go home something they never say! I was more than glad to leave.
The lady who greeted us seemed nice though 🥴

I feel really bad for posting a 2 star review as I know it's hard times and Freddie's are trying to run a business. But this is an honest review and hopefully will be some useful feedback on which they can improve on. Pro's- friendly staff member greeted us at reception and the climbing frame has a good variety of slides, balls etc. It's also good how there is a large separate toddler area. The cons- upon entering the building there is an overpowering smell of mould/damp. Not sure of the owners have gone noseblind to this? There's no ventilation and the smell is dank and awful. The carpets were filthy and clearly hadn't had a clean or even a hoover in a long, long time. Broken toys and snail trails on the floor by the climbing frame. Tables dirty and food all over the floor, it's clear that there is no regular cleaning protocol in place. The toilets are the worst - visitors will know what I mean. Such a shame as this place clearly has so much potential.Sadly I will stick with Jangala as it's spotless in every way.

My daughter worked hear for 9 months. We were transparent about her dyslexia and dyspraxia on the day she stated work. She was sacked because of her dyspraxia! She told a member of staff that she felt uneasy carrying things down the stairs. I did talk to my daughter about this and she said "yes Mum I just needed to carry less at a time and do more trips".I'm appalled by the fact that they have treated her in this way. Her job was advertised last week before they sacked her. I have screen shots the evidence that this is the reason they had to let her go. She is just 15years old.
Word of warning to children working hear especially as you are about to sit your very important GCSE'S.
