Having a leak is a stressful life event, but ‘all property claims’ made it so easy to deal with.
They took care of everything and were really nice and supportive at each stage.
I was amazed by the service and I am so happy with the work performed at my flat.
I am really grateful for the help. I don’t know how I could have dealt with the damages without them, all property claims saved me so much time and stress, and I now have a brand new flat that looks exactly as I imagined. I really couldn’t be happier.

I am a landlord based outside UK. I had a leak that flooded the whole house 18 months ago with difficult tenants. Without All Property Claims' guidance throughout the process, this will turn into an absolutely nightmare.
Roshan had been brilliant since the first phone call, she is personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. She has indeed fought every corner for me to ensure proper insurance claims were awarded.
Please do not hesitate to instruct these guys at first instance, it will save your time, effort and money!
From the beginning and throughout the claim, their communication was poor. They didn’t keep me informed about the progress of my claim without me having to chase them.
The water leak at our property resulted in a significant mould problem, which was visible during the initial survey. I was assured that it would be dealt with properly.
However, the contactors appointed to do the remediation planned to simply cover up the mouldy plasterboard and refit mouldy skirting boards. After I complained and highlighted that they were not following proper procedures for mould remediation, All Property Claims agreed, but they could not deal with the mould. In the end I had to find and appoint another contractor and pay for them myself upfront. It speaks volumes that the other contractor who undertook the mould removal wore full PPE equipment, but the All Property Claims contractors didn’t even wear basic face masks.
The contractors All Property Claims appointed also disappointed us in several over ways. For example, their first attempt at tiling was completely out of alignment, and I had to insist that it was redone. They were incredibly untidy; they didn’t even bring their own hoover or bin bags to tidy up.
I also had to appointment my own plumber to refit the shower, because the All Property Claims contractor was unable to do the job.
Scheduling of work was handled poorly, with numerous delays. On more than one occasion, work was delayed because their contractors were assigned to another job even though our work was unfinished.
Once all the work was completed, I waited two months to get the final reimbursement from the insurance company. It was only after I requested that All Property Claims raise a formal complaint with the insurance company on my behalf that the claim was settled. This last delay was the fault of the insurance company, but it illustrates how All Property Claims were not being proactive in managing my claim – progress was only made when I intervened.
At the end of the day, dealing with All Property Claims simply added more stress to an already stressful situation. Avoid at all costs.

I would recommend a 1000 times over.
