Beware!!!!! Bought insurance through swinton. Had to claim and told covea were my actual insurers Swinton just a broker. Cost of claim in September, sitting on my credit card gaining interest. Severel e mails calls and even a complaint. Still not been paid......!!!!!!! Dec now and still trying to claim my money back from them. It wasnt a complicated claim just loss of a key! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 30+ years of driving and worst company ever used.

I do not recommend it. Be aware of scams. When you need them, they ignore you disregard the fact. With Covea insurance for two years, we bought the personal injury and public liability. Recently had a hand injury and could not work for two months, claimed for personal injury initially person's name Christopher Allen, responsible for screwing your case disregard the fact, you are entitled to the claim, and you will get paid that is not a problem; after three months of back and forth, he says you are not eligible. This is an outrage scam; I firmly believe that the same will happen to the liability if you need to be covered by them. I am shocked. I scare to recommend covea insurance to others.

WORST insurance company EVER WORST insurance company I have ever used in 38 years of having car insurance. They are unhelpful, uncooperative, almost rude & arrogant & their overall service is an absolute disgrace. But what’s worse is that they will find absolutely any excuse or minor reason not to pay out for a legitimate insurance claim. I live in Plymouth but my children live in Essex so I go up there one night a week to visit them. Because I didn’t declare that I stay at another address for one night a week when visiting my kids, they are refusing to pay out after unnecessarily writing off my car after a minor accident where the car is worth £20k & the repairs are less than £3k 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ They originally offered me half of what the car is worth & now refusing to pay out at all so I’m taking them to court where they don’t have a chance of winning by according to my solicitor. Absolute disgraceful company who deserve as much bad publicity as they can get. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Only given One star as it won’t let you give zero stars

I have been dealing with Covea London Real Estate team for around three years now and my experience in dealing with them has been very positive. The team is extremely approachable and always try and find solutions to any problem which we face as brokers working in fast paced environments. I am currently working on a wholesale account and deal with Dan Luton and Ben Jones who have quick turn around times and always look to assist where they can. Would highly recommend!

I have dealt with the London Real Estate team for over 2 years now, they are all very responsive, professional, friendly and always have a solution to many difficult issues we face. I would recommend Covea to anyone who needs a team who is reliable and knowledgeable.

Large buildings insurance claim completely mishandled. It is disgusting an insurance company can get away with treating people like this. Covea will not even acknowledge evidence of the mess I have been left with after sending in their appointed builders. Im pretty much powerless to do anything and currently facing £75k bill to put things right.

Had a van accident in September, thought I was insured with Hastings... Turned out it was COVEA, worst experience ever.put a complaint in with hastings and they just passed the buck., They did however answer the phone and get back to me ! Constantly had to phone and push the case with COVEA , no reply since December. Still awaiting my excess back from accident. These people really don't care. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE.... Since my review I have received a letter from legal representation on behalf of COVEA. Why it took this review to push the case is typical and disappointing. I now have another company to explain details to and sort out what the hell is going on.
