We are delighted with the high standards of personal service we get across several teams at NFU. Our insurance needs are complex and varied with the farm, horses, holiday keys and Pets. I made a long running claim for my horse who sustained a catastrophic injury to his suspensory ligament. The tram at NFU understood my stress were empathetic and helpful. And my dog needed not one but two cruciate ops again the claims process was easy no quibble. What we love the most is we are on first name terms with the team they know us and we feel a real connection … it’s more than just an insurance policy NFU are on our side … we have been with them years and will always choose there service

I've been a client/customer of NFU Mutual Wessex/Salisbury for over 20 years, insuring my house, contents and car with them. There's a reason for staying with them and it's nothing to do with complacency or convenience. It is simply that they are the best with superb service. They tell you that they make claiming simple and it is. I've lost my glasses and needed to replace them. It was as simple as sending the invoice. I wanted to include Europe in my car breakdown cover and it's done by return of email with documents in the First Class post. Whenever I've had a query, it is dealt with very quickly by a human, not a Chatbot or whatever they're called. And since they are local, they understand the local issues. Although I've not had a flooding problem, you can imagine how important this might be in a wet winter (or a torrential summer deluge). Top quality service from a superb team.

We have used NFU Salisbury for our buildings insurance for many years, and have always found them to be very helpful and polite. They are very good to communicate with, if they don't know the answer they will find it out and get back to me quickly. Someone is always at the end of the phone for any queries and I wouldn't hesitate to recomend them.
