Giorgio's Italian

Wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first visit. Upon opening the door I was surprised to see how cosy it was inside. Staff were welcoming, lights were low, spacious, place to hang coats, suitable for disabled, there's a bar with good selection of drinks. We were a large group, staff quickly served drinks and soon got our orders of pre or food out. Note if you are a large group it's always helpful to kitchen staff to pre order. Once you order my I strongly suggest that guests don't change their minds if you want things to flow smoothly. Our food was well presented, extremely tasty, generous portions, quality crockery, comfy chairs. I was not disappointed. I recommend you try! Looking foward to my next visit already 🥰

Absolutely fabulous... Great night out yet again with the sainsburys colleagues. Food was superb. Good service..

We hadn't booked, there were several diners there but they still welcomed us in.
Nicely decorated.
Good choice of drinks available.
Food was lovely. Nice kg presented tasted perfect.
Waitresses were very friendly and abliging.
Would recommend.

We booked a table of 18 for my father-in-laws 80th birthday.
The food was excellent and so was the service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Very poor Portion size . Just picked up our order cheesey garlic bread came in big pizza box what a shock when we opened box.2 lasagne's same not very big not a lot of cheese sauce & very few chip's. Will we go back NO. Will go to Martino's on derby road . Even with 10% off £33 for 2 people for take away never again. 👎👎👎

Thought we would give here a try tonight and it didn't dissapoint. Food was fantastic, nice atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Would definitely go again

Have liked going to Giorgio's over the years but the service is getting really poor. I rang and booked a table for 4pm, was told it would have to be 4.30. no problem, get there on time to have to wait because tables weren't ready (they were empty jus not set up and ready) Never got any friendly welcome when walking in or acknowledgment from other staff. The food was ok, I really enjoyed my starter 👍🏼

Been there for quite a few times, one of the best Italian in town.
You won’t be disappointed!!!
Food is great, staff are friendly too.
