Very friendly staff and pleasant surroundings and food. The pea souffle was very light and refreshing, the carbonara was also great, and I enjoyed the yoghurt Panna cotta as a nice light alternative for on a hot day.

Last time I ate in an ASK it was really poor. So this was a nice surprise! Had the summer special - a huge ravioli inside a rosemary bun. It was fresh, hot and delicious. A lovely restaurant too and great staff and service. Fab lunch.

Can’t go wrong with ASK. Another lovely meal and the Lasagne Grande is amazing! Worth upgrading it. Complimentary lemon drink appetisers and free garlic bread with Mozzarella (thank you ASK Perks). The pesto chicken is also great. I normally have the Calabrese with love but fancied a change.

Visited without booking first. They were able to fit us in which was great. The service was quick and the lady that served us was lovely. Our food was amazing (I had sea bass) Would definitely go again.

Reliable and consistently good food and service. We tried several ASK restaurants throughout the country and dishes chosen were always to the expectations. Will visit ASK with confidence and pleasure in the future.

Went for a birthday, booked beforehand.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Seating is nice, not many customers tho, was quiet.

We ordered a range of pastas, for a place advertised as Italian, the dishes were here very mediocre. Nothing special, most of the dishes lacked flavor.

They weren’t bad, just not great.

The pizza however was pretty good.

Overall, wouldn’t mind going again but not a go to.

My family and I love coming to this restaurant. It's actually become a tradition. My family has a few vegans but have plenty to choose from, and have their favourites. My children also love coming here, and they have their favourites too (especially their pizza) good quality food at reasonable prices. Lovely staff who are friendly and willing to help with any requests.

I give 1 star because the pizza was good but the manageress gave us chicken lecca lecca instead of the vegan ones, and was very rude and dismissive!! NO apology, just said we ordered chicken ones but not eating meat for years I always express clearly the want the vegan option.
The manageress served us throughout the meal and was very unprofessional in her manner, maybe re-training in customer service wouldn't go amiss.
I won't be vising the Canterbury branch again
