Cardinals of Mayfair

This place is always packed. I love coming here for breakfast, coffee and/or lunch. My favourite items are the pasta dishes which come out piping hot with lots of flavour. The portions are huge, so it's perfect for sharing. Prices are very affordable, and the environment is casual. Service is great, and sometimes there's a cute, elder Italian lady that serves us. The other waitresses are brilliant as well.

Old School Italian/British style cafe that does one of the best breakfasts in London. Very nice bacon and sausage, well cooked eggs and great coffee all for £11.50. Possibly the best bargain in Mayfair. Lovely staff and nice buzz about the place. Spotlessly clean and nice decor. Loved it.

If you're staying in a hotel nearby and they're charging you a lot for their rubbish breakfast, come here instead!

We were lucky to find this great, long established, family-run Italian ‘gem’ in Mayfair. The owners and staff are very welcoming and this place is certainly child friendly. Lovely menu, prompt service, with delicious authentic meals and breakfasts. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a visit. Ours was for sure memorable.

Prices are excellent, portions are large, and flavors are delicious. Order at the counter for take away or see a hostess for table dining. Coffee is excellent for the price and can't be beat. Immediately takes me to the best coffee I've had before in Italy. The number of regulars that stream through here during lunch hour shows how this place is a real staple of the neighborhood.

Cosy hearty breakfast place. We enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. :) will definitely go back the next 2 days as we are staying nearby. Price is reasonable and food is great.

We were HANGRY and on the search for food!!! We passed by an Italian restaurant, that looked incredibly busy, I poked my head around the corner and saw this quaint little place. The food was FANTASTIC!!!! Our table had tomato soup, minestrone soup, the New Yorker, the Bellucci, and the Milano. Everything is fresh fresh fresh, and the service was fast and wonderful! A must stop :)
