Such a shame about this place. Used to be great when they first opened and we used to go there every weekend. In the last few months it's really gone downhill. The staff is slow, rude and without any sense of priorities or memory. The food quality has deteriorated. On our last visit we had to wait ages to order and once we ordered we had to wait for another 20 minutes for another waiter to asks we've been served. And this is for two glasses of wine! It wasn't busy at the time and there were 3-4 waiting staff. Only reason for 2 star is in hope of new management to bring it up to the standard it once was.

Nestled nicely in The Spires shopping centre, I can recommend this for a good breakfast and coffee. The staff are friendly as well. This would have been 5 stars but sadly our food came before we got our coffee. Waiting for the bill also took a bit of time. The waitress did advise the drinks may take some time so it wasn't unexpected, she was also apologetic again when the food was ready first. Price wise it's not bad, but definitely a bit more compared to the smaller coffee shops or pubs.

My partner and I visited London at the weekend and and visited this establishment for some breakfast. The staff were welcoming and exceeded expectations when catering to my dietary needs as I struggle to always find a restaurant that gives me plenty of options due to my food allergies. The menu gave me multiple options which was amazing and the quality of food and drink was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be a returning customer on future trips to the city as i was made to feel valued and welcome. Top Marks !!!

I was rather impressed with this restaurant, to start the first course had excellent portion sizes causing no disagreement among my table, furthermore the main course has no flaws to me, it was a suitable portion size and the food was high quality and fresh. I do have one minor complaint unfortunately which is the time in which is took to receive food, they seemed to be a bit drained of staff there. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

Waiting staff are friendly and helpful but I've never been in there without something going wrong with my order, or hearing somebody else complain. I always ask for tap water and it always gets forgotten. Breakfast is always excellent, as is coffee, but I have tried the mains on number of occasions and never enjoyed them.
