Against some strong competition, this is our favourite restaurant in Chislehurst. Excellent service, tasty food in hearty portions, and pleasant surroundings. (No need to drive - six different buses stop within a few minutes walk.)

Starter lovely. Main had special surf and turf. steak was mostly fat and prawns were not cleaned ( can’t believe a restaurant of this standard would leave the poo lines in ) told waitress the steak was fatty and she shrugged and said “well it is rib eye. “When other waiter cleared the plates and I again stated it was poor he did then offer to give me something else but obviously didn’t want to eat on my own. This was still on the bill at the end and I had to ask for it to be taken off. Will not be returning.

Such a great experience! I went here on Saturday night - the food was delicious and the portions were really generous which just added to the experience. The atmosphere was great and finally, the staff were amazing - very attentive and friendly and weren’t afraid to have a laugh with you! Would definitely recommend.

Extremely noisy restaurant. Couple walking out behind me said exactly the same thing. Think it was the conservatory area nearby and the hard floors but in a party of ten could hardly hear the person next to me let alone those opposite or nearby. Went for pasta dishes and was very underwhelmed. Seasoning was hit and miss. One mouthfuls very salty and next one not. Had ravioli starter but butter totally overwhelming. Was like having ravioli in a butter soup. Main had salmon tagliatelle. Salmon superb but cream and caper sauce almost non existent. My wife's lamb was superb. Service attentive. If I want decent pasta dishes I will go elsewhere. If I want a quiet family meal I will go elsewhere. If I am here again I will have non pasta dishes.

Pretty Italian restaurant serving divine food -- very expensive, but the Capesante Al Burro & the Spigola was great! Though experienced minor hiccups, like service was a bit slow, was given a dirty plate, and was charged 3 times for ice cream even though we ordered a Gelato Tricolore, still think it's worth checking out for if you're in the area; you may receive a better experience than we did.
