Bella Italia - Cambridge Leisure Park

Bella Italia is normally very delicious but today the service was very bad! And the food tasted not fresh and gross very disappointed 😕 but the girl with blonde and brown hair was great 👌 but other than that it was 😬

I quite enjoyed my visit here however there is room for improvement. Italian food is always great thus if you a fan of pizza or pasta you will definitely like it. I had a fish. My portion was not too big and normally I'd be satisfied however that day I was very hungry so I've ordered something else as well. Pity that only one person was on the floor: the guy was good but he definitely needed some help which would shorten wait time. In general I can recommend the place.

Decent food, really bad service. Waited for ages for food, asked several times for water but didn't get it. Instead of offering us the kids desert, they were happy that we order the regular desert for extra pay.

Dry pizza, lacking essential care for dough, and burned fillings.

Slow service, but not due to servers, rather the very few servers handling many customers.

I had a pizza delivered to me stone cold and when I called the restaurant to make a complaint I was cut off by the man on the other end of the phone. I called back as I thought it may have been an honest mistake and he did it again. Absolutely shocking that's how little they value their customers!

I and my family enjoyed the meal here, specially my little daughter. She liked the pasta tubes, the garlic bread and the strawberry ice. When she waiting for the food. She enjoyed coloring which provided by the restaurant. I really appreciated Anya, one of the waitress. She's nice and friendly. We had good time and delicious dinner on that day.

Upon entering we were almost immediately attended to and taken to our booked table, which was more than enough for our party size. Within minutes we had our menus and had time to decide what we wanted.

The setting was pleasant and seating and tables arranged accordingly for social distancing between customer parties. After a few minutes we had drinks ordered and was able to immediately order food once our drinks had arrived after a few minutes.

Our waitress recommended we order 4 starters between us and share for reasonable amount of food.

Our starters were well presented and didn't take too long to arrive. Not long behind our mains arrived, which were all to a great standard and offered a healthier but decent portion size for the cost.

On ordering desserts we were made aware of any sold out items and was offered being allowed to order any dessert from the menu to replace the lack of choice on the set menu that some of us had ordered. I felt appreciated that she gave us a wider choice due to lack of desserts available on the set menu making the experience worth the money.

Our desserts arrived hot and well presented and done to a great standard. We were all happy with our desserts and overall dining experience was worth the cost and time spent.

Defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a great time for a reasonable priced menu that has vegan and healthy options and presented to a great standard. As well as very kind and understanding staff.
