Bella Italia - Beckton

Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food (for the same reason, this large party upstairs) and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default.
However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!

We had very lovely meal here. Monique was so welcoming and asked us if we have allergies. First time I have been asked this. I have coeliac so I felt confident in knowing my dietary needs would be taken care of. Monique was so attentive to all the customers. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the food was not very good. Pizza tasted a bit weird (best way to describe it). Our whole lunch took about 2 hours, 80% of the time we were waiting to be served and for the food to arrive. The poor guy serving us was on his own during the whole lunch time service, this needs to be improved as I came close to just walking out due to the wait time. The two stars was for the gentleman working there that day as he was very polite and apologetic about the wait, but the food is very very poor.

I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :)

Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the lady(not sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent). No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!

Oh my days- this restaurant is fabulous, the interior is amazing, so home like and so chill. The staff are so smiley and welcoming, we was served by Vangelis- so kind and funny, knowing the menu and advising us on each step. The food is AMAZING- freshly prepared, the dough for the pizza is so italian style and all the starters and deserts are delicious. Well done, guys, keep it up 🤩🤩🤩

Went there for my father’s birthday but was very disappointed by the service. The calamari was decent. But the pizza we got was burned. The waiter made us feel so uncomfortable we weren’t even able to ask for new pizzas.
