Katie is tip top she sells the place and food was great. All well presented. Katie was on the ball went above and all for this place of work she needs a pay rise. Propper asset to the establishment as by plates food was tip top propper bubble gum flavour

Super awesome dinner. Food was gorgeous throughout. Highly recommend F&B's. Little pricey for both food and drinks, but the portions aren't stingy, so overall worth the money spent.

Came here with two hungry, tired and grumpy kids and left with 2 happy, well feed ones. The food was lovely, well priced and came out in good time. The staff were lovely as well and were more then happy to talk to our kids who were at first a little on the loud side! Even some of the other guests came to talk to us. Would highly recommend. Yet another place we've come to on our Wales holiday (we're from Devon) and had nothing but nice things to say about the people and food.

Waitress with glasses and tattoos was the most miserable person I've ever been served by. I paid cash and was asked do I want change ? not just bring my change and leave it. I said to my family I bet she doesn't even say goodbye and I was bang on ! Not a single word from her. Girl with red hair behind the bar was nice. Food just average. Shocked by the poor service. Need to learn how to smile or find another job.

The food was ok and the young lady that served us was very nice and had good customer service. But she seemed to be the only waitress so you had to wait such a long time for your food. I don't think it's as good as it was a few years ago .

Food was mediocre, the lady serving us seemed very flustered even though it was quiet in there. Some items accepted on order but then was out of stock so indicates a lack of communication between the kitchen snd waiting staff. Overall a pretty underwhelming experience.

Excellent service from waiting staff and food was fantastic. We planned to go to Toby Carvery a Ross the square, but the elevator was out of service meaning one of our party couldn't access the restaurant. So we instead went for Frankie and Benny's. It can often be a little on the pricey side. But considering the fantastic service and attentiveness to our group's awkward allergies it was very worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Dined in for lunch today and the service was fab! Katie was very attentive and Carys made us some lovely milkshakes! Food was hot and delicious, really good value for money. Can’t wait to come again!
