I needed assistance with a system warning light on my 2008, Jaguar XF. I dropped into Hendy Jaguar and was greeted by a young Scottish lady, who took my details and even offered me refreshments...my apologies for not getting your name.

I was then helped by Amy, who liased with the service team and in under 5 minutes I was given the full diagnosis of the problem... which thankfully didn't affect my driving, as I have a wedding to go to in Northumberland.

Great service and a wonderful advert for a great company.

Attentive and helpful staff from the reception desk ladies through to the sales staff. My wife and I were offered drinks on arrival and the customer area is clean and modern.

Obviously their aim is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed so that you'll be more likely to buy a car, and it works! We walked in without a booking and were able to look around a particular used car which the salesman brought down to us from a storage area and we were even able take it for a short test drive. Subsequently I returned for a longer test drive, which was easy to arrange and at no point did I feel pressured to buy, although perhaps my silly grin showed no pressure was required!

Booked car in for MOT then lost it for 4 days due to a computer gliche. They had to drive my car 20 miles back to Southampton to reset, never bothered to put a few litres of petrol in car. They later offered a free MOT but hardly worthwhile as it is late July 2023. Then noticed spare key didn't work as not reset, requested on 2nd September that someone call to get this fixed, told on 6th September Service Manager would call me. Still waiting. Shocking lack of customer service. Will never use again.

Fantastic service from the team at Hendy Jaguar Land Rover Southampton! Colleen, Harry, Ben and the manager Danny made us feel important and made the purchase a really nice experience

I was so impressed with the greeting I received as I arrived at the drive in service reception. Paul greeted me like an old friend as he met me with a very cheery "Hello Jim" Absolutely brilliant. Paul then found out that my locking wheel nut was missing and proceeded to search the car for me. He was also joined by Alan who works at service reception. In the mean time Gaby was passing and stopped by to have a quick chat with me. All in all the three persons I had dealings with had courtesy, respect and service excellence. I was very impressed. On top of all that when I received the bill it was only about half of what I expected to have to pay. I can not fault that. Well done JLR Southampton Your greet and service reception personnel were fantastic..

Just had my Jaguar XKR serviced and MOT carried out , dropped off in the morning and advised that I would be sent a video update by lunchtime this was received. I was also called by Brian as advised in the morning and told the car was ready for collection & pleased to find all work was finished and vehicle had passed the MOT. After collecting my vehicle I then received a very polite email from Alice checking that I was happy with the service I received. Thanks again for the professional & prompt service I received from all at Hendy.

Im afraid I have to agree with last comments the service is very poor. I have an IPace that after the software update has killed the console so i couldn't use it, I was told that they need the car in for two days which meant i needed a loan car and I have to wait 2-3 weeks (so i dont have a car for two weeks after their mistake) I went to another Jaguar dealer and they sorted it out there and then on the spot., which is where I will be taking the car for future servicing and any other issues.

Very poor service and extortionate fees!

My A/C never worked on the car since purchasing on 24th December 2020. I only realised come June 2021 when A/C was required for use. Booked in for the repair and reported a loud rattle I had experienced since purchase. AC was repaired but rattle was not found.

Booked in for my first service 3 months later (was to be free as included when purchasing car), MOT and to investigate the rattle again. Only to then be told that they could not find a record of my service being included and would cost £650 as well as an investigation fee of £150 to look into the rattle!

Absolutely ridiculous! Never expected such poor customer service.
