Grange Jaguar Barnet

I purchased my Jaguar E-PACE from Grange Jaguar Barnet and I must say my whole experience from start to finish was great! The team were really friendly and polite especially Taranjit, he was super efficient, helpful, enthusiastic and he ensured that the entire process went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I highly recommend. Everything was a 10/10 for me. Anika :)

We are over the moon with our F-Type P300 First Edition. We received outstanding customer service and care from Luke Simpson - his communication skills are exemplary! Many thanks again Luke for delivering the car to Scotland.

Not a great experience. Went in looking to buy a new ipace. Salesman (Luke) seemed disinterested. Spec'd up a ridiculous car without really understanding what we wanted. His manager was even worse (didn't get his name). He spoke 3 times with the same message "lets sign the order now and we can work out the details later". The following day we went to Beadles Jaguar in Watford. The salesman (Simon) was great, walked us through every option in detail. New Ipace is now on order.

I will never buy a Land Rover or Jaguar again purely due to how bad the customer service is in the service department and the parts department. When my car is ever in there for service I have to turn up to find out whats going on as no one ever picks up the phone or calls me back. This is not just on one occasion but everytime my car is in and this is the same with the parts department.

The MOT was done efficiently and they threw in a Land Rover check up. There was a misunderstanding in that I was expecting an immediate MOT and they expected me to leave the car there, which was not possible. Credit to them that they were able to do it quickly.

No problems parking,staff, helpfull and friendly,..it was quite for this time of the year.
Plenty of demonstration cars 8n showroom.

Nice cars and customer service we been collecting brand new cars and dropp off old cars for repairs very helpful customer service with no waiting time from CREEDRECOVERY

I had such a wonderful experience from first arranging the test drive right through to the part exchange and pick up of the new car. Not only was Paul very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of selecting the new car, Graham in service was superb in the set up of the vehicle. I drove away in my amazing new Jaguar feeling like a valued and well looked after customer. Thanks guys I will certainly be a long term customer of Grange Barnet from now on!
