We were just passing through and had the most delicious experience! The traditional meals were yummy and portion sizes were very generous 😋 👌 They do not serve cocktails, but we got treated to a sweet homemade improvised rum punch 🍹 very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. we will definitely be coming back.

Friendly waitress, but that’s where it ended, The plastic covered menus were dirty, The very limited menu was not the same, that was seen on the website. The food did not taste very good, no real hint of Jamaican food. I’ve never seen slices of Mac n cheese.
The rice was not hot, neither was my veg curry. Our evening was expensive, and disappointing. We will stick to home cooked, or back to Spiced Roots.

Very well priced, good service, and most importantly the food was unreal!! A Cute little spot tucked away in Oxford.

I'll be coming here again, and advise others to do the same!

You can see for your self top quality. I Spoke to the lady prior to my call and she was very very friendly. The portions where huge. Massive chunks of meat that was extremely tender. The curry was so flavourful. I had delivered 2x lamb chops and 2xcurry goat. This was so so authentic and made with absolute love and passion and piping hot. If you looking for a home Cooked meal that ticks all the boxes try comies. The macaroni was so creamy and well baked and It was not greasy or chewy. Amazing

Absolutely amazing. Portion size : pricing ratio is fantastic, service and atmosphere is great. Will definitely be coming back.

The pepper stake was packed with flavour and the meat was tender. The rice with beans was delicious and not overcooked, just on point. And the chicken BBQ was the best! Staff was friendly and approachable. Atmosphere was OK. The place is a bit small but clean and well looked after. They do take away.

Lovely little resturant! Very friendly staff, pleasing decor, delicious food and plenty of it. Eaten here twice this week; curried goat, then lamb chops, wiped the plate clean both times. My friends very pleased that I introduced them to the resturant. Eat here!

The service was wonderful, I saw that one customer couldn't decide so the customer was given a sample. I ordered the two meals; one with oxtail and pepper steak. The meal came with rice & rice, salad, and mac & cheese. I got a side portion of chicken with mac & cheese. Plus a Guinness punch. The food was great as per usual. The food was cooked well, there was flavour in every bite. You also get good value for your money. I wasn't able to eat half of it so I ate the rest the next day and it reheated well. Social distancing and sanitizing were procedures in place. The only downside is that the takeaway boxes were styrofoam. I realised that heat from the good wrapped the styrofoam a bit. It would be a good recommendation. Other than that I would try again.
