I visited Bailey & Sons as a complete Jewelry novice looking to buy an engagement ring back in October, and have ended up with a beautiful bespoke ring and a very pleased fiancé as well!

Charlotte, who helped me through the design process, was super knowledgeable, paitent and open to my ideas throughout.

Really happy with both the process and end result, can't ask for more than that!

Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure our engraved wedding rings, and my engagement ring, were ready for the big day. Charlotte at Bailey & Sons was so helpful and spent hours and hours helping to design and source all the components for my Wife's lovely Eternity ring.

I wanted to give something that was related to a rainbow as my Wife has been working in the NHS and has had a really tough few years, as have everyone in the NHS.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so Charlotte worked really hard with her suppliers in the making of this beautiful platinum ring from scratch.
