Lovely shop that offers good quality jewellery.
I love to buy little stocking feelers and party presents.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull and I love the advice they gave me.
The shop is sparkling clean and extremely tidy.

Dreadful customer service. I purchased a gold plated silver bracelet with incrusted Swarovski crystals 4 months ago for £90 which I have been wearing every day. I noticed some crystals had dropped out so took it back to get it fixed or replaced. The girl asked me whether I had worn it in water which of course I had as I do shower every day! She asked if I had been given a care card when I purchased it, which I hadn't! She then informs me you're not supposed to wear it in water and hands me a care card saying there's nothing she can do! Laughable! 4 months later they give me the care card and tell me not to wear it in water! Anyway this is how they treat their customers! Avoid!

Bought a ring from here, great service, had the sizes I wanted and gave lots of information on how to keep my rings. Sparkly stuff too!

I went in and found something I wanted to buy, but
the customer service was appalling. The customer
service person decided to go serve the person who
came after me, so I decided to leave without
purchasing anything. I want to believe it wasn't due to
racism but the lady that was served before me did
happen to be a white lady and I am a person of
colour. I am not happy with this service and will not
be coming back to warren James in Wood Green.

Great jewellery, poor customer service!!! Last two months they’ve not been opening on the times they should be! Went on 3 occasions about midday and they were shut. What a disappointment and waste of a journey

Warren James in Wood Green is amazing. I ordered a ring online and it was a size too small. Mr Muqaddas Miah took it upon himself to exchange it for me within 48hrs with the correct size. The customer service is second to none. I will recommend Warren James in Wood Green anytime any day. Elizabeth Waltham Abbey.
