Recently used Garniers for a new purchase and an alteration of a previous purchase, excellent service and very quick response. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone, Thank you Charles and the staff for all your help.

Fantastic jewellers and Charles and his team have been very helpful to me over the years. His work is excellent and has helped me with a wedding ring enlargement and more recently and bell and Ross watch strap. Really reasonably priced and highly recommended.

Went to have some gold jewelry valued for sale purposes. The member of staff wasn't very knowledgeable and the price she offered was way below what others in town were offering.

Most disgusting treatment I’ve ever received.
Never have I been treated like this, considering I came in enquiring over high ticket items, I have brought many items over years, and have always spoken highly of them.

But, I’m sorry. Today, I left in tears.
For the awful lady, who came out of no where and started talking horribly, not listening to me, trying to reason with me, and just being down right disrespectful to a customer. I hope you are proud, of your display and handling.
For the older man, who came out and referred to me as ‘she’ to my face, and I quote; ‘she must have got it wrong in her head’ to my face. I am a customer, I deserve respect and I am aloud to question prices and the work done on a family heirloom.
If you don’t like customers who question items, I suggest you employee people who have customer service experience and can be polite and well mannered. Unlike the pair of you, who we’re disrespectful, rude, and should be a ashamed.
You have lost a family worth of clients, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unless they want to walk out in tears, be referred to as ‘she’ and be
spoken to like dirt.

I have shopped in Garnier for many years now, they have great knowledge and very fair prices. Customer service is always great too.

Great shop good deals on watches rings even old gold there’s always a fair deal from Charles have used them for years now and always got the best service I have ever had in hoddesdon in all you won’t go anywhere else after dealing with garnier.

Garnier is an independent jewellers with a good range of pieces for all budgets. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
