Disgusting place where they told me they had cleaned my ring but it was still dirty. And I left the shop for 5 minutes and came back, only to see them just put ring in a small clear bag, pretending that it had been washed. When I showed them that dirt was coming off the ring, they were a little embarrassed then washed it with WATER and charged me £5 for it. Disgraceful shop, money hungry. Definitely won’t recommend

I went looking for a gift for my niece. The staff gave me gift ideas and I found a really nice set from what was on display. The jewelry appeared hand-made & they have very unique pieces. Overall, they were helpful & friendly. They even offered me a drink. I would go back there if I had to purchase jewellery again.

I purchase my gold from there, simply because all their items are extremely high quality and very pretty too. I love shopping there, very trustworthy, worth the money and value. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately visited this store with my mother who wanted to purchase a necklace. The lady who works there is so rude and unprofessional. We asked a question and then an unrelated question a few minutes after. Yet she tells us “I already answered this.” Delusional. It took ages for us to even be served. She definitely wasn’t going to approach us on her own. Very lazy. If you don’t want to work stay at home. My mother actually really liked a necklace there and wanted to purchase it. I said hell no because this sort of mannerless people definitely do not deserve our hard earned money. Customer service training definitely needed. We purchased a necklace from another store a couple of doors down instead. They had excellent service.

Unfortunately cannot give 0. Staff very rude - the man and woman. The man saw me but ignored me and went ahead speaking to the man behind me. Then went to the lady, no polite welcome by her either. She picked up her phone and was having a long conversation that was nothing to do with the shop. Was very reluctant to show me anything just kept saying give me a price range. In other words was not bothered to open up anything to show me.Tbh you're better off going to bigger gold shops such as Green Street, much more variety and get better deals!

Rude staff & bad customer service

I called Alanker jewellery today at 4pm to find out the price of gold of a specific day, however I received the most rudest and unprofessional behaviour over the phone. I only asked one question and the worker replied with a total different answer & and said that he does not understand my question.

He was shouting over the phone and even hung up on me. Absolute unprofessional behaviour! Please hire staff that can do the job properly.

I DO NOT RECOMMNEND THIS STORE. Shop elsewhere.
