My sister and I had our cartilages pierced by Saffron and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also had our second lobes done with her last year and have had absolutely no problems. She was sure to sterilise everything in front of us, make sure she was placing the piercing where we wanted it and clearly very good at what she does! She was lovely to chat to and very friendly and used her own experience of piercings to make the experience great for us, thank you Saffron! X

I walked in to get my daughter some prom jewellery and the assistant was really helpful. I left with a new ear piercing Die to talking to the assistant about how fab her piercings looked. Your staff were a real credit to you. Millie (that was the name on her necklace) served me and I heard her call the name Georgie/Georgia who was also extremely helpful when it came to choosing silver or gold.

Saffron made my shopping experience, I went around most other jewellers In chelmsford to no avail, I was in the store for 5 mins when she had already helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! Lovely girl

I had my daughter's ears pierced by Saffron and couldn't have received better customer service. Saffron was very patient with my daughter, who is scared of needles, and gave really good advice. I thoroughly recommend Charles Fish if you need your ears pierced. They have nice jewellery there too!

I sold 2 of my Rolex watches to this company who were fantastic from start to finish, the girls in the Chelmsford store are very polite, pleasant and helpful. I dealt with Luke online who priced the watches over email prior to booking an appointment in store, he was very very prompt at replying to my emails and the prices Luke offered were the exact prices I received when I brought the watches to their store, they didn’t chip me on the price! The experience was very quick and easy and they paid me via bank transfer the same day! I would 100% recommend this company over the bigger dealers and will definitely use again myself!
