Popped in to get my watch repaired today - what an excellent local shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back next time i need to purchase jewellery

I had 2 diamonds replaced on my engagement ring, but 3 weeks later one stone fell out, when I went back to the shop, Mr Sherratt told me it was my fault because I slept in it, when I disagreed and said that the stone should be very secure after the repair, he began to argue and LECTURE me , still saying it was " my fault " because I slept in it ! He did agree to re - do the work and when my husband collected it, he had put a note on it saying, " because I had slept in the ring, he WOULD NOT GUARANTEE IT !! I paid £230 for the work on my rings. Mr Sherratt was very rude and arrogant, his attitude has a lot to be desired, a few "people skill classes " wouldn't go amiss. Would definitely not recommend this shop.

Probably the worst jewelry shop I've ever had the world. Very rude staff .also beware they don't refund if you change you mind .

Not even worth one star only had my purchase for one hour was told no refund just exchange or credit even though I wasn't told this and there are no signs stating this when I complained was told to go to the solicitors round the corner to verify he was right terrible customer service

Great jewellers lots of nice prices. They are having a retirement sale. Loads of selection.

Customer service is very poor. Staff and owner are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Reading the reviews, looks like others have had poor quality goods that don't wear very well. I wouldn't recommend this company

Popped in to get my necklace chain resized today, nice staff and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!
