I have used this service previously and have been very pleased with the way that the transaction was dealt with and the very competitive price they gave me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Absolutely brilliant! I took in 3 broaches to be made into necklaces and they look amazing! Fabulous service, excellent attention to detail, very competitive prices. Definitely recommend Anthony james for repairs. I have also bought some beautiful pieces from them, their prices are very competitive and they are honest. I recommend this jeweller all round! I would give them 6 stars

Really happy with this honest family business! I bought a engagement ring from Anthony James Jewellers and sold a few gold bits too. Very good customer service and price was good as well! They had my interest at heart which i appreciate. Thanks again James and Anthony for looking after me. Great service, great people

I took two luxury watches in that needed fixing/adjusting, this was completed in 30mins. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, also offered that I come in at anytime if the adjustments we not satisfactory, so they could correct free of charge. However, everything was done perfectly. Will definitely be using their services again!

Had a really nice experience in store. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable about their stock. Harry was really helpful in helping me decide on a ring.
Would recommend.

Extremely disappointed and angry with the service I received recently. I took a watch for its first battery replacement since I bought it. They took it and said it would not be an issue. When I came back about 20 minutes later, the young man who was there handed the watch back to me saying that he " tried" putting an new battery in but it didn't want to work. He said that it's probably because the watch was broken and that it would not make any sense to try to repair it as it would probably not be possible and might cost more than the watch itself (it's worth about £200). I was given "advice" to buy a new watch and throw this one away ( although it was a good brand and only 2 years old).
I had a strange feeling that the man wasn't telling me the truth so I found another watch shop where they looked inside and showed me that the new battery was put inside but it was pushed inside so unprofessionally that one of the links that should hold the battery in place and connect to the mechanism was broken off. No surprise the battery and the watch did not want to work. Fortunately, this watch repairer was not only skillfull enough to replace the broken part but also installed a new long-term battery in another watch I had- all for only £40 only for both jobs. So if you need a good watch repairer or a qualified battery replacement person, I won't recommend this Kingston shop at all. Contact me if you want the address of them specialist who helped me (he is not that close to Kingston but worth a journey).

I heard an advert on the radio for this jewellers so popped in with my late mums jewellery collection to try and get some info on it.
Harry was amazing! Only a young guy but his knowledge was incredible. I came back the next day and he had written down what it was all worth etc and gave me valuable information all without charging me.
Outstanding customer service and a lovely guy.
Highly recommended.

Only fault with the shop it takes three days to get a new watch battery fitted where upon it could have been done within an hour the brand of watch should have no differential on how long it takes
