I feel I need to express my gratitude,I have been a customer to your Debden store for many year's and have always been greeted with a warm friendly smile as I walk in to the store . The reason for my review today is that a lady in the shop Lisa really help me sort a.problem out which grrat compassion and kindness I feel this lady goes above and beyond her duty as a assistant and this lady is a great asset to your business.
Lisa and staff alway go out of her way ordering me earing's fixing watches ect.

Just had my daughters ears pierced from Barnard's Jewellers, she's 8 months and the ladies were so professional in there. Very pleased with the outcome. Such a nice jewellers. Will defo recommend to everyone!

I have recently had a cartilage and tragus piercing done at Barnard's. The staff are really friendly and professional. The piercer explains everything and puts you at ease before the piercing.

So I went to get my nose pierced and I would 100% recommend, they are so professional and experienced. The lady explain everything to me including what would happen and after care this really put me at ease.

Tried calling over 10 times they hung the phone up each time and one of the calls they answered and left it there for 20 seconds of just background noises and then someone finally realised they hung up on me .. if you don't want to answer the phone don't have one

Friendly, competent staff changed a double watch battery in 20 mins and for a very fair price.

Very happy with the ear piercing service offered at Barnards Epping. They did a great job for my daughter and her friend. They also have a very nice little jewellery shop in Debden, although I don't think that the Debden branch does ear piercing. If you want good honest service and don't fancy paying Tiffany's prices , this may well be the place for you.
