Ripped off after putting my daughters watch in for repair to fix back on her watch the man told me at shop the cost would be £5 to repair it but when I went to pick the watch up I was charged £9! He then told me that the battery was on its last legs he could have phoned me and give me the option of putting a new battery in the watch shocking customer service stay well away

Please check the price/cost before buying in this shop. Husband took a gents watch in to have a couple of links removed and a new battery in a ladies watch. Charged him £18!!

My wedding ring needed to be made larger. We had a new ring made out of the gold from mine and my deceased mother in law's. Needed also to have my engagement and eternity ring made larger and gold added as they were getting thin. All done within a fortnight. Not cheap (can't imagine it being cheap anywhere) but good workmanship and very pleased. Would recommend.

needed some jewellery fixing and also purchased a chain. the lady was very helpful and had some good ideas they also renew watch batteries which is useful
