I had to take a bracelet back to this store as it had broken. The lady in the store at lakeside was really helpful and exchanged the item straight away. Great service. Thank you.

The staff at this store are extremely friendly,polite and helpful. I visited this store few times and bought few rings and would definitely recommend it and will visit again. Well done and thank you very much from all of you! Always exceed my expectations!

I think what makes a Thomas Sabo store popular and worth popping into every time are their staff. There are usually two staff at this TB store and they are really nice and hard-working, they are not intrusive but interested in you as a client, they never pressure or push you to buy but do their best to suggest or show you a range of the jewellery if you give them an idea what you want. They know their role well in giving a personal service and if you watch them, you will notice that even the person not serving you, is intuned to the person serving you as they work as a team. Well done and keep up the good work you promote as a member of staff for Thomas Sabo! X

Staff is excellent, but Thomas Sabo, is just money spent for nothing. After a few months, the color is just fading ... is a NO for this. Sorry

I’ve had two very different experiences in this store.

The first time I was greeted by a tall man with his hair in a bun and a blonde lady with glasses. They were welcoming, friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough for us.

The second time I was greeted by a lady with blonde hair who had the worst attitude. She was incredibly rude and offish. She refused to exchange a faulty item and was pushing for me to pay extra money to get it prepared! Totally ruined my experience.

Ordered 2 items online, both came defective, exchanged 1 of them in store only to find out later that it was damaged as if it had been worn. They say that each item is quality checked before dispatch, but that is definitely not the case. Return/repair policy isn't very friendly either with a note mentioning you may be charged...

For the price being paid, I would expect a much higher quality product and a more welcoming service. Recommend staying away, there are other companies and brands in a similar price range that are far superior in quality and service.
