Great customer service.

Walked in to purchase a nose piercing.. 2 hijabis served me. They over charged me and also were not welcoming.. they just wanted to sell and for me to get out. I still purchased then went next door to "Lucky Jeweller" who are seperate. I asked for more nose studs they had fixed prices 2 studs for £12 and better than Jeram. Jeram charged me £10 for a really small nose stud. I will never go back there again. If you are planning to go to this store go to Lucky Jeweller as theyre prices are fair if your asain or not foreign.

I visited the shop two times, first time I bought a chain for my husband and today I bought earrings for me and a pendant. I love the quality and they have a beautiful selection of earrings, rings, chains, etc.
