The staff are lovely in there, honest and very helpful.
A lovely range of clocks on offer, novelty one's too, and they also sell watches, ornaments and Zippo lighters.
Repairs are inexpensive,they can replace batteries and straps as well as quality jewellery repairs.

Absolutely fantastic service by a guy called Paul I had a broken Jack Daniels watch which the glass was broken when I ordered and got it delivered but this wasn't from this particular shop or company I had this from somewhere else would you had to get repaired also has required a bigger set of straps the shop had exactly what I needed and very cricket doing it to Great prices great customer service 10 out of 10 would be using this company more often in the future highly recommended

Great personal service. Though the shop caters for a wide range of clocks, watches and jewelry, I took in. Chronometer which hadn't runs for a decade or more. They treated it with love and care and technical expertise ( I think the old chap enjoyed it!) I'm now in possession of a working early 20th century chronometer.... Accurate to a second a day. All at a reasonable price....

I cannot fault the price or the service, the lady that served me was polite, friendly and helpful. I had previously taken my Casio to the watch repair place in West Quay who had quoted me around the £20 mark to replace my watch battery, however at Dahlers Jewellers this only cost me £6! I left my watch with them, posted a parcel, came back and my watch was ready for me, excellent service!

Not many independent jewellers or watchmakers around any more but don’t worry, this place is an absolute gem. Superb, friendly and knowledgeable service from Paul both times I visited. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A very nice small shop. We have used it on a couple of occasions to repair jewelry and watches very very good. I small but good selection of Jewelry at reasonable prices. Very nice people a pleasure to use the shop.
