Very helpful and friendly staff who cater to you! I bought my wife's engagement ring here and they made the process easy and fun. Great looking rings on display but also 100% customizable. Would recommend to anyone jewelry shopping in St Albans.

Do not trust this establishment with anything for repair! I left my watch here for a simple battery replacement. Several weeks later, watch was returned not working but I still needed to pay £35 admin charge. Galio offered to fix for £175 but no guarantee it would work..... disgraceful.

I got the watch fixed at another local Jeweller for £20 and done in 30mins.

Excellent service once again from the team. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is just perfect. Once life returns to normal, we plan to use your design service for ring remodelling. Stay safe until then.

Thank you for helping me get the perfect engagement ring for my other half. Amber was amazingly helpful and the all-round service was perfect. Obviously I chose the wrong size but Galio were able to resize it within a week, and at no additional cost. We look forward to returning in the future to arrange some wedding bands!

I took my watch to Galio because it needed a service. This is such a nice establishment, you get a warm welcome and the staff were clear how long the service would take.
For my particular brand it was ten weeks, sounds like a long time but to be honest I couldn't be happier.
My watch had a couple of dents in the bezel and whoever repaired it has done wonders, only i would notice the very remnants of what were bigger marks. The service isn't cheap but in my opinion, worth absolutely every penny...
