What a marvelous shop. I took my wedding ring to be reshaped there after a little accident at work, and was really impressed by the service that I received. It cost less than I thought it might, was done very quickly, and they even made sure care was taken with the existing engraving on the inside. The staff were all incredibly friendly and personable, and they were really lovely to my two year old daughter who came in with me. Cannot recommend this shop highly enough, and definitely worth five stars.

I went into Lila's to find an engagement ring for my partner, and found the perfect item - a one of a kind design by May, the in-house designer. Everyone in store was so helpful and patient with me as I made a few visits to the store through indecisiveness....! My partner has said yes, and we are planning to design our wedding bands with the help of the team at Lila's. We couldn't recommend this jewellery store enough - go see their beautiful collections for yourselves!

I went to Lila's to get a ring and bracelet repaired that I had bought a few years ago. The ring had a chip in one of the amethyst stones and the bracelet I had snapped the chain. The service was impeccable, a lady called Bel served me and nothing was too much trouble, she was really knowledgeable too about all the other beautiful pieces in the shop. When I collected my ring I was thrilled to see how well they had matched the stone and so pleased to have my ring back. The price was also amazing was such a wonderful service and repair. You really must check out the jewellery in there. Just so many amazing pieces and to suit all budgets - definitely my favourite jewellery shop!!!

I proposed to my girlfriend in September and was looking to design a ring. I live in South London and wanted to use a local jewellers. I found Lila's in July and after an introductory conversation felt they would be the perfect place. From the very beginning, Cata and the rest of the team were excellent - incredibly professional and very friendly. They were very responsive to my requirements, and always happy to talk through different options in terms of sizing, stone placement and the detailed design. Once we settled on an idea and moved into the more formal design phase, Cata and May were amazing in making sure all the details for the ring were as I wanted. They kept me constantly updated on the progress of the design as it was being developed. The ring turned out better than I could have ever hoped and my girlfriend absolutely loves it!

We have had to get it re-sized, as it was a little too big, and the whole team has been excellent in making sure the ring fits perfectly. In addition to this, because of the excellent service we received, we asked Lila's to source a replacement stone for another ring, which they did super quickly. Thank you so much - Cody and Laura

We just had an antique ring redesigned into a simply beautiful modern stack ring. May at Lila’s was an absolute joy to work with - unravelling our brief, working up 3 design options and creating a stunning contemporary ring. We really couldn’t be happier and couldn’t give Lila’s and May a higher recommendation. If you have an old piece of jewellery that’s sitting in a box then get down there to see what magical things they can do.

I had an awful experience with Lila's.
I left a brand new ring (not bought from them) to be resized and engraved. I had to wait 4 weeks and when I went to pick the ring it was not resized and the engrave was right in the middle of the ring instead of the side as I requested. They had to take it back to their laboratory, I had to wait other 4 weeks and I had to call them to have updates of my ring. when I collected they didn't even propose for a reduction of price (£120 pounds only for resizing and engraivng) and after I asked for a discount they came back with a 10% discount which I find ridicolous considering the waiting time and that they left plenty of marks on my ring that was brand new. They might have nice things in their windows but the customer service is AWFUL

Had a great experience with Lila’s designing an engagement ring for my fiancée. May was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, explaining and guiding perfectly whenever needed. The finished ring looked great and was beyond expectations!
