Went in to buy a charm for my bracelet. The only assistant was serving - fair enough - but at no point did she even acknowledge my presence - a quick 'I'll be with you in a minute' would have sufficed. Needless to say I walked out after 10 minutes and I'll buy my charm online from another supplier.

My partner and I bought a watch from there for my birthday and received the best service out of all the jewellers in Worcester. Not only that their product range was unique and classy, well worth a visit!

I came to David Christopher looking for some amendments to my engagement ring. The team spent a lot of time working with me on drafts and sketches to make sure I was happy with the new vision for the ring. It look a couple of weeks for the changes to be made but it was worth the wait. The ring was beautifully amended and you can't even tell it's had work done. Would highly recommend.

Took my wife I'm this morning tobsort some items of jewellery out for her 50th birthday. Two really helpful ladies working in there, who make you feel valued as a customer and have a passion for their work.

I went in to ask if they could fit the back onto my watch as I had swapped the battery but couldn’t get it to click in. They did say they would charge as if the battery had been changed but would give me the battery, so it seemed fair. However they managed to break the glass and the two ladies both told me it was damaged when I took it in, which was patently a lie! They accepted no responsibility. Avoid this place at all costs.

Walked in to get an 18th birthday present for my daughter. Both members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A member of staff picked a piece that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Great service from excellent staff.
