The man who work there is rude & expensive!
Charging me £5 to change a watch battery at the back of his shop when other Jewel shops do it in front of you to show you that the battery is new & good quality.
I won't be surprised if he buys the batteries at poundland !& sell one for the price of 5 paquets!!
Never again!

Great jewellers. Has a wide range of stock so there will always be something you like. Amazing customer interaction and service. Very friendly and patient workers. Good prices too. Definitely recommend it as the go to jewellers.

Customer service very poor, went in for work on my watches which needed strap change, appeared only interested in customers looking to purchase jewelry ...requested they change my watch strap to a Nato watch strap. Was told this required specialist service. Pathetic!! Gave me very little attention then told to come back on Monday. Bought my wedding ring from this shop and was treated well but clearly not interested in changing straps., bit beneath them and doesn't bring in enough dollars !

Been coming here for many years now and have always found them very friendly and helpful in selecting jewellery - customer service is great. They have a good selection of jewellery and never had an issue with anything I've purchased. Thank you!

I went to their shop just to replace the battery of my watch, but instead the guy came up with me saying that he replaced the battery but isn't working because the crown was broken, he broke the crown of my watch without admitting that he broke it. Just to make sure that he really broke the crown I opened it by my self and surprisingly it was really broken.

THE JEWLERIES WORKERS ADVERTISING FOR ROOMS FO RENT ON TOP OF THE SHOP. LET PEOPLE VIEW IT AND TAKE THEIR MONEY DEPOSIT AND RENT. ONCE money in pocket, erbiller jewellers owner called nesine and his worker who live upstairs on top of the chop too, they will both convince tenant to go home and come back next day to get the key, their excuse is " we want to clean it for u before u move in".
Next day block on whatsapp / block on the phone, grab a second phone and call them. They deny knowing anything about meeting u, they never take the money they never even met u before or know what u talking about.
Scammers and fraudsters
Reported them to police and the bank is working on getting the money back from them. Im not the first according to the police, many reports and investigation. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

Staff really know there thing. Had a lovely experience here . So much patience was exercised with me and they helped me make the right choices for my budget. Gave me a good deal on my purchase

i always get my battery done at this place, they use great quality swiss battery which lasted my watch for 2 years, Highly recommend going there 👍
