Does it stand head and shoulders above the other kiosk jewelers or jewelry stores in Westfield, possibly not because it isn't a hyped single brand outlet like Pandora, Nomination, Hot Diamonds or Finesse but it has a broad range of choice for gifts, personal treat to yourself and that rare thing in a kiosk affordable discounted items !! Don't pass it by when gift hunting and be assured at least of sales assistance that doesn't require you chasing up and down the aisles to get someone's attention.

my husband bought me a beautiful necklace as a gift
I used it once for 3 hours (lunch)
I come home
soon after, my husband finds the necklace on the floor, broken! how do you wear a necklace for 3 hours and it breaks out of nowhere! well the pendant wasn't with it disappeared I don't know if it was on the street in the car at home I looked a lot and didn't find it!
I go where I bought it to explain the situation the very arrogant attendant changes the necklace and says I have to buy another one because she doesn't know what I did with it and it wasn't the store's fault that I lost it! If the necklace hadn't been defective I wouldn't have lost it! even mine from the cheapest store never broke
unfortunately I don't trust the necklace to buy another pendant and I don't even have money!Westfield london shame

The jewellery is beautiful but the service provided is even better. Lana was very lovely & kind. She has the most welcoming smile - I’d come back and shop here just because of Lana.
