I rarely publicly rate service, but can not fault the superb service. Visited this branch twice recently, once to browse watches for a significant birthday and the second time to try on a watch brought in from another store. The team here couldn’t be more polite, professional and understanding ... very patient with me looking at and mulling over various options. Great work all, thank you ... a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic service from first Zuzana who was incredibly helpful in explaining about Oris, discussing different options and ordering in some watches for me to try.
When I returned to try them, Ruth was so patient and attentive and really played a big part in me buying a watch from Beaverbrooks Croydon.
Will definitely be coming back to see them again for future purchases.

Was served by a lovely woman called Clariza. We spent quite a while looking for jewellery I was happy with and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though other customers were waiting to be served. Amazing place. The jewellery is pretty and good quality

Outstanding level of service.
Nothing was too much for the staff who always interacted with a genuine smile on their face.
I went in to have my wedding band cut as it had become too tight.
They offered to do it at no extra charges and even when the ring, being 24 karat gold, was taking too long to cut, Zusana kept on going with her warm and friendly manners ensure that it wasn't too bothersome for me.
I wish more places in Croydon and surrounding had such a level of service.
I hope Zusana manager sees this review and rewards her because she deserves it.
