A wonderful jewellers nothing is too much trouble for them, and all staff very pleasant and helpful. A wide range of stock and very good prices too. They are also able to help with bespoke pieces and will suggest what settings and stones to have - invaluable. They also offer a very good repair services for which I am truly grateful as always managing to bend things or rip claws on rings etc..Why not come to the lovely village of West Malling and check them out.!!!

I have been dealing with Andrew for the last 15 years or so and I can say he has sold me some of the finest jewellery for both me and my wife. Always helpful and willing to take a part exchange and actually give you a fair and decent price for your items. I wont go anywhere else now. very well run business with a great variety of stock. 1000% trustworthy.

Totally trustworthy jeweller right in the heart of west malling. My wife loves the variety of the stock and they have items in there that you don’t find at Bluewater or in london. The best part is they price everything fairly. We won’t go anywhere else.

Very poor experience, if I could give 0 I would but I won't mention the reason for that. I got my rings valued at twice the amount elsewhere. They clearly can't value or are trying to pull customers pants down. I'd save your time and go to Dominic Walmsley Jewellery.

15 years ago (when I was 17) I walked into this lovely local Jewellers and the owner (Andrew) had a friendly negotiation with me and I sold him a gold pocket watch. Today (15 years on) I walked into the same store to find Andrew and his lovely daughter Olivia who were so helpful with valuing and verifying my luxury AP watch. They've supplied me with a same day valuation for my insurance company and are as friendly, polite and efficient as always - the value for money in the shop is also second to none. I can't recommend them enough.

Please steer clear. These people will rip you off. Cleaned my jewellery which then broke. Sold them jewellery but one piece I shouldn’t have, tried to purchase back but they wanted triple what I just sold it for.

Excellent service, we have purchased our wedding rings and engagement rings before from andrew smith and always had good service but today was amazing.

My tag watch needed a clasp replaced which unfortunately they could not supply. I managed to find one online and they fitted it within 20 minutes at an amazing price.
