Beautiful & alternative jewelry, super friendly staff. We spoke to Chris and he helped us amazingly. Found a sterling silver icosahedron (a d20 for the D&D fans) necklace and immediately fell in love.

Purchased some silver rings from Tribu. I’ve found it hard to find jewellery for men. Both rings were delivered within a week and are amazing quality silver. I needed to have a ring resized and the customer service team were fantastic at keeping me in the loop with regards to this.

I have seen a few of the negative reviews but that is so far removed from my experience I felt compelled to write. I bought the most stunning silver earrings a few months back but unfortunately broke one so asked Tribu if they could please help me fix it. They went one further and replaced it for free, even including a refund of my postage and paying 1st class signed for their end. I was so totally amazed by such wonderful service, they really have been brilliant. Their products are gorgeous, often imitated but never quite the same quality. You really do get what you pay for and I am indeed one happy customer who shall be back to buy more. Thanks guys.

One of my partners favourite places in Camden, really nice designs and friendly place. Always approach us (when they are free) and ask questions and never feel pushed into getting anything.

Visited yesterday and the guy was so helpful - exceptional customer service. His friend at The Hammer Silver fitted the solid silver clasp in 20 mins ready for silver dog tag to go on. Looks amazing. Thank you Norma and Tony x

Incredible customer service at a time where i have found most companies to be pretty lacking in that department.
I have bought from Tribu a few times now, they stock really great items of jewellery but what makes me come back is that if there is ever a problem or a slight issue with the shipping times, they are on hand to give advice and will sort the issue with minimum hassle to the customer. This doesn't happen often but right now with the current postal strikes and Christmas rush its tough, they made it easy. Thankyou

Purchased 3 separate items and 2 have since broken after 10 months and 3 months.
So the item broke after 10 months, so I purchased the exact same one because I liked it so much. That broke after 3 months....so I would put that down to design or manufacture quality. Please be graceful when dealing with constructive criticism as it reflects a lot about how you conduct your business and future sales
