Warren James Jewellers - Croydon - North Street

Took my 17yr old daughter there to choose a gift. Then had the shutters pulled down in our faces whilst several customers BROWESD! Still inside the store. I explaind i knew what we wanted and simply wanted to Buy the Neclace we jad chosen. I had to try and explain to my Daughter that it wasnt because all the customers in side were White and that we were Black wasnt why.. but it took some convincing
Even bystanders let out a mild gasp seing this. Of it was Just me, im used to this but i was with my Daughter and the rude man saw this as he slammed the shutters in our faces!

Very bad place to buy jewellery very rude customer service and if you want to exchange it they wont let you and make excuses and say it has scratches when it was sold in that condition so stay away from this warren james!!!

When is buy any thing this please make sure not out the shop even 1 second they can’t change anything even exchange

When you buy anything carefully they are very very rood staff

The lady was very nice nothing was toouch trouble,got what I wanted

Do not buy from Warren James shop because the sales assistant will not tell you that any purchases you are not entitled to a refund even if the item was never worn.

Worst shop in Croydon ever!
Do not waste your time and money there!

Avoid this branch! People waiting to be served and staff too busy talking to each other and when they are asked to serve people you get dirty looks and are generally unhelpful and very rude! Walked out and Went to Sutton branch instead and was great customer service and ended up doing all my Xmas shopping there!
One star is too much for the Croydon branch
