I found my engagement ring dismantled. Diamond one side and the prongs that hold the diamond in place entirely squashed. I was devastated. I went to a jeweller locally and was quoted a disgusting amount- i could have bought another ring with it.

Randomly, my husband pops into the shop and two days later... My ring returns completely cleaned and sorted. It was almost unrecognisable. I was given excellent service, called when the ring was ready to collect and just given fab customer service. Having never met the manager before, when collecting the ring, he was incredibly personable and immediately put me at ease. His passion and enthusiasm for his work is apparent. I will be back I'm sure.

The up most professional service available on ilford lane. I would give them 6 stars and above. My wife ring was stuck and her finger was swollen I went to Raman jewlllers to see if they can help. The nicest people I have met he went out and beyond to help my wife and managed to cut the ring . I was so grateful to him as my wife finger was double the size from the swelling. He also would not take any money for his service and said give it too charity there still are good people around xx

Found them on TikTok, so many great choices according to your budget, great customer service as I was asking so much about the Jewellery. Mr Ginni has been so impatient with me. Once I confirmed my order it was delivered within 48 hours. Only reason not giving them 5 star is because their messaging service is a bit slow they should have more active staff online . Deffo be ordering sometime soon. Insha Allah

Visited the store today 3rd Nov 2022 roughly at 4.30pm ish. Was busy inside but plenty of staff around to help. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me and help me purchase quite a few big sets. I wanted to spend quite abit as needed to gift jewellery for my sisters wedding. After waiting 10 to 15 mins and being ignored I decided to leave. When I was leaving I said to my husband how rude are the staff to not even acknowledge someone waiting, as I said this a lady heard and asked me if she can help and I said NO and left. I won't go to this store again. Instead I went to another jewellers a few shops down and spent my money on beautiful jewellery there! Much better service than this place. They need to learn how to atleast say hello and acknowledge customers who come in. There were 5 staff members dealing with 1 customer when we arrived. Just rude and arrogant staff, no manners at all.

Usually have a good experience here but recently their nose stud quality has dropped. Giving a star as had great service exchanging, but the nose stud turned rusty coloured after a few days wearing.
It used to be sold by item for nose studs but suddenly after lockdown it’s changed to weight, considering there’s stones on the item I did not think it was accurate. The stud itself was not the best quality, usually the screw track goes throughout the whole post, but it was only at the beginning which I found out the hard way when I got the newly exchanged stud shortened by another professional jeweller.
Never seen this before and don’t think I will be returning only because of quality and the price you pay for it.
