Awful customer service, jewellery is tacky and break's, refused to exchange my items that had broke due to manufactures fault and offered no solution, furious.

Asked to look at an item to potentially but and was told I had to pay 100% deposit to look at it?! What??? Nice to see how they feel about their potential customers. The item was £695 who is going to pay that and then have to wait 3days etc before they get their money back if they DONT but it! Come on Warren James, you need to do better! Went across to F. Hinds and they let me handle everything and see it without a deposit!

Customer service 0 points! Rude and unhelpful, fair enough, didnt expect a refund,but the offer of a replacement would have been acceptable, one earring from an earring and necklace set was clearly faulty, the sales assistant tried blaming me! I know you pay for what you get, but this set wasn't particularly cheap, oh well, live and learn, never to return!

We went in to buy a ring, the lady was very nice, helpful and very patient with me. Would definitely go back there again.
