Mark very kindly readjusted this beautiful silver ring my mum brought me from Spain to fit my middle finger. It had been sitting in a draw for over a year but now it has a new lease of life once again 😍….. thank you Mark I am one happy woman and you didn’t t even charge me !

Went in to the shop really excited to create a custom engagement ring, but my partner was called away with the military with only 12 hours notice. He notified Mark that he would be out of the country but still interested in working together upon his return. Shame Mark didn’t update us that stone options were in store as I could have gone in store myself to choose a stone. We will take our custom elsewhere as requested to do so by Mark. I appreciate that there are supply chains but I don’t expect to be dismissed. I’m glad we didn’t waste our money here.

Mark is a perfectionist for sure. He recently turned a very sentimental bangle with diamonds into a new unique & stunning bracelet complete with diamonds for me, which I shall treasure forever.
He had a vision, he discussed every detail of his design with me & produced a beautiful piece of jewellery, perfect for me!

I have had numerous excellent experiences with Mark and his talented work. Mark has redesigned two pieces of jewellery for me: a diamond ring into a beautiful diamond necklace, and redesigned my grandmother’s ring (which could only have been described as a knuckle duster) into the most beautiful, elegant diamond and sapphire ring. I wear both pieces everyday and have been blown away each time by his talents. Both have resulted in pieces more stunning than I could have imagined.

Buying an engagement ring is notoriously difficult and Mark made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Mark was incredibly honest and helpful with all aspects of having a ring designed. He takes pride in his work and will only settle for the best. Constant communication via text and phone call keeping me updated.
