Great service every time I've been in. Bought my fiance's engagement ring here and when the size was wrong (our fault!) They fixed it for us on the day when we took it in which we were very grateful for. She loves her ring and when it had some damage, the insurance we had for it was very quick and easy to make the repairs. A nice local jewellers - make sure that you use their loyalty points scheme too!

Went in six months ago to get a watch battery. Whilst I waited for the two members of staff to finish their conversation I was told to come back in 40 minutes. They weren't busy and I was the only person in the shop. I came back after 40 minutes and they had forgotten to do the battery. They did it there and then in a minute so why I had to go away for 40 minutes I'll never know. The battery has only lasted six months which is why I decided to write the review today.

I love this store. It is the best jewellers in the area. They are really knowledgeable and friendly jewellers, so helpful and really take care of you and make sure you leave with the right item for you. They don't try to oversell or show you jewellery above your price range. It's a pleasure shopping here and I wouldn't go anywhere else for those special pieces of jewellery. They have something beautiful for all budgets and sell some beautiful pre-loved high quality items as well as their wonderful modern and classic jewellery. I have never seen anything in this shop that I wouldn't buy or wear!

Really good experience. Had jewellery which needed valuing and a ring which needed a diamond replacement, and all other diamonds re-fixing / clasping. Simon was extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly. Price was good. Service fast and extremely safe during Covid. The whole experience was excellent, and the ring looks wonderful. Would highly recommend on all levels.
