Frank was very knowledgable and could answer any questions also making it very clear that nothing was to much trouble. Took my pearl necklace for re-stringing on the 8th December 2021. Collected it on the 29th January 2022, eight weeks later, still unstrung. The owner blamed the delay on “the little old lady” who carried out the work. He had told me a couple of times it would be ready the following week. Disgraceful and disappointing service. Not even an apology. Would not use this jeweller ever again.
