Totally ruined my engagement ring paid £140 for just a claw to be repaired but the more I returned because it wasn't right now have a broke my stone and crack in the ring. Wish I we never used them! :-(

Took my ring in to get fixed and the service was brilliant! No other jeweller was able to mend it as fast, would definitely recommend them.

I went in shop with a big full of old pieces that my gramma left for us, and the lady in the shop kindly went thought all of them and told me what they were or if they were any value, and didn't charge us anything. Good service.

My friend took a special ring into Alexanders in Findon as the band had snapped. They said they would repair it and also give a complimentary clean. When the ring was collected, it was clear that it had not been cleaned and a small emerald stone was now missing. My friend telephoned the shop immediately that day (about half an hour after collection), leaving a message advising of the issue and asking for a call back. No such call was received. Appalling customer service when they are in the wrong so suggest you stay away.

I purchased a Watch and it was just out of guarantee and I sent a email as it had developed a fault but never got a response.Shocking customer service.I would not advise anyone to use them and I certainly wont use them again

Popped in with two watches needing replacement batteries. Both done in fifteen minutes and at a very reasonable price too. Better than a journey into the town centre and paying considerably more after parking charges. Great local family jeweller.
