My husband has had three customer bangles made here and there are all beautifully crafted. Exactly what I wanted. Excellent service.

When I was buying an engagement ring for my (now) fiancee the staff were all extremely helpful, showing me the things you can find on the market, from diamonds and metals to the different types of designs.
I eventually chose to try to design a ring myself, and, full credit to Steven, he crafted a truly amazing gift from my rather feeble drawing. Offering his expert opinion when I wanted or needed it, it was a great experience watching as he sculpted my design into something that will be prized forever. Thanks again to the whole team.

Received a very beautiful necklace for Mother’s Day an 18ct gold chain with my children’s initials delicately placed within the chain itself. Absolutely love it, so well made, bespoke piece of jewellery I love and wear everyday. The service was amazing and such a lovely and helpful company to deal with. Fully recommend (my sister has now also purchased a similar necklace!)

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've had several repairs, re-sizes and re-coatings done here over the years and every time they've been very professional, quick and make the whole process very easy. I've always been very pleased with their work too!

The result is stunning, perfect fit and I cannot fault anything, the workmanship is amazing and customer service is second to none. Went in with an old family ring as my fiancés engagement ring, they got it done faster and cheaper than other jewelers in town and gave it a full deep clean included. Great service, friendly staff and really know what they're doing.
