Amazing jewellers! Brought my diamond in to be reset they done a fantastic job, the staff were very friendly and helpful on picking what would look best thank you goldmine!

Sold me a ring with 925 hallmarks on,saying it was silver.But after 1 month it has gone black like a cheap knockoff ring from China,the ring was supposed to be a second wedding ring as my 1st one broke at work,so I thought a heavy ring would do the job only to find its gone black,avoid avoid avoid-update hi I have read your response and I know that silver does go black with oxygen dirt etc, but this ring is plated silver s the metal underneath its showing through when it has a blemish or scratch on it my,wife has plenty of silver jewellery and it does go black over time, but this is different,id like to post it back to you as I now live in birmingham and would cost me more than the ring is worth to travel back to you,once you see it you will know straight away that a silver cleaning dip will not bring it back and you will be in touch with your supplier who sold you substandard goods.

Absolute rubbish asked them to resize a ring which they did it looked nice but when I took it home I realised that they didn't even polish it and the bit they added stands out the white gold is becoming yellow too fast would I use their services again absolutely noooottt no respect for people's value especially sentimental. Not even sure if they added same karat gold
