Called today with some Gold items we inherited that didn't have any sentimental value to ourselves following a recent bereavement . They valued the items for us in a professional & friendly manner and gave us what we thought was a good price which we were happy to accept. We left the shop feeling we had been dealt with in a trustworthy manor and would recommend accordingly.

I visited Miltons, Chester recently to sell a considerable amount of gold and received the most professional and polite service from Keiran and Mark. There was a large amount of jewellery to sort out and not once did I feel it was a burdon to them, as it did take a considerable time. After visiting a couple of local jewellers afterwards, I really wouldnt go anywhere else in Chester as I felt they were completely trustworthy and competent with what they advised me and in view of our circumstances, Keiran was extremely respectful and courteous of how he dealt with our transaction.

I have bought and pledged several items over the past ten years, and I have to say that all the staff have been extremely professional and courteous, especially Karen and Nick. I would not even think of buying pre-loved jewellery from anywhere else now . . . and, if I ran into difficulties, I would trust these people to give me the absolute best deal.

After my brother and i investing a rolex explorer 2016 and not being the first Rolex purchased from you you made a ridiculous offer to buy the watch back. Upon calling back 2 days later Micheal wasn't available but the obnoxious arrogant human being I spoke to has put me off ever coming back to you again. I am an investor not some scum bag and you just spoke to me like a scum bag! avoid avoid avoid. go somewhere else. I WILL BE!!!

Fabulous service from the team at Miltons Chester when trading in & purchasing another solitaire diamond ring. The team are super helpful & go above & beyond to help. I bought my Rolex watch from them 14 years ago & honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy jewellery.

Staff there are very professional and polite without being stuffy. Despite being surrounded by pieces costing many £000s they were happy to spend as much time as we wanted, helping us make our choice of more modest items.
